Kim Jung Hyun plays “Kok Du,” who leads the way to the river of death. Because he offended the Creator God and became “God of the Underworld”, he was forced to send the dead across the border in spite of the underworld. And he has a human form that resembles him in the human world to settle his vengeance on those people. Every 99 years, Kok Du has to go on a vacation to Earth for 49 days. Will he be able to undo the curse on him or not is one of the main storylines in “Kokdu: Season of Deity”
